Our project was to realize a guitar
customized with various painting stages so to give
them an atmospheric /
psychedelic fascination.
The image represented is that one of Waters playing
gong, one of the more topical and note Pink Floyd's
Live at Pompeii scenes.
Waters' shadow, stylized against the light background,
has been emphasized by back working two tones of
color (ash lilac / acid pink) until we achieved a psychedelic "shell" effect.
In the back of the guitar, the painting continues in
a bicolour way.
PAINTING:
The painting is an INTEGRAL PART OF the BODY (handpainted
between undercoat and final finish).
Remaining unchanged over time, it makes this
telecaster an absolutely unique instrument.
"Cream" is a custom painted guitar, based on
specific indications of the guitarist who presented
us this project.
The model draws the Fender Stratocaster, a myth in
psychedelic rock years, thanks to people like
Hendrix, Ritchie Blackmore and Jeff Beck. On guitar,
built by hand with high quality wood, you go to add
the original Fender pickups and Lindy Fralin Blues
Special.
The painting on the body draws the late sixties
Lysergic imaginary, with abstractions kaleidoscopic
in acid colors.
In the end, it is an instrument with a decidedly
psychedelic aspect while the sound bodied and clean,
back to the purest blues rock.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

for cutting and grain

SOUND:
The guitar is equipped with vintage hardware and
sound typical of late 60s, very close to Hendrix and
not too far from Clapton of "Cream" (although at the
time of the trio still played the Gibson). Perfect
for playing electric blues.
THE paintings:
It is a part of the body (protected by finish
paint). Absolutely not likely to discolor or fall
off: remaining unchanged over time, makes this
guitar a unique instrument.

produced with selected and seaseoned woods and
assembled with original American
Fender components.

unchanged over time. It makes this black telecaster
an unique piece.
SOUNDS LIKE:
The Fender Vintage
components ensure the typical Telecaster's sound,
the classic twang to the handle and the sharp sound
at the bridge. Unique and nice opportunity (we will
produce ONLY THREE PIECES of this model) for lovers
of the early Pink Floyd's lysergic sound.
PROJECT:
Original of its kind, the Telecowster is a custom
guitar painted by hand: the black spots are inspired
