Hi to everyone!
Mi name is Paola, I am 21 years old and I am the webmaster (or something like that...) of this site!!!
I live in Italy (with precision, in a small town named Ceccano, near Rome). I'm OBVIOUSLY a Fan of Alanis Morissette (I really think she is the greatest singer in the world...) and I like her since 1996, when I heard for the first time on a radio station "You Oughta Know": it was a boring summer evening and that song, that amazing voice...well, I was just immediatly fascinated! It was love at first sight, or rather, at firs listen!!!
So I bought "Jagged Little Pill"...and then "Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie"...and then "Alanis MTV Unplugged" and today I love her still and more than ever! Every single song of Alanis means so much to me, because the lyrics are straight from the heart and I feel them very close to my deeper soul, but my favourite songs are: "You Learn", "Mary Jane" and "Not The Doctor" from JLP; "One", "Joining You" and "Sympathetic Character" from SFIJ; "No Pressure Over Cappuccino" and "Head Over Feet" from MTV Unplugged. But the song I love most of all is the Live version of "You Learn", published on "Head Over Feet" CD single: I can't explain why, but I heard that song and I feel really, really good!!!
I saw 5 Alanis' Live show here in Italy: in '99 with the "Junkie Tour" at Rome, in may 2000 at Rome for the "Concert For A Free-Debt World", in july 2000 with "The One Tour" in Lucca, in june 2001 in Imola at  the "Heineken Jammin' Festival" and in july 2001 in Brescia during her last "Under Swept Rug" Tour. My English isn't very good, so I don't know how tell you how great she was...the only thing I can say, is that she was absolutely PERFECT!!!
