Material used is high quality MDF, 25mm on sides, 30mm other parts. Here panels ready for starting work. |

First make holes for Altec 416 woofers. | |||

Put on the floor various panel, in the mounting position... | |||
 |
... and sign carefully points for wood joints. | |||
 |
Make holes for joints, on the side of panels... | |||
 |
... and on corresponding faces. | |||
 |
Insert wood joints and cut at desired lenght. | |||
 |
Make a test on assembly before glueing. Check perfect allignments of panels, and correct holes if necessary. | |||

Ok, now go on with glue and start assembling. Remove glue in excess on external part, otherwise you will have a bad result later, in painting. | |||
 |
In the internal part, instead, put more glue as you see. | |||
 |
And now wait for one day that glue get completely dry. | |||
 |
Uh..., if sound will be not so good, you can use enclosures as toys for your childs. | |||
