While primarily known for its wine production and villas, Tuscany has emerged as a cycilists paradise. With a number of options, all levels of cycilists have the opportunity to enjoy the Tuscan countryside by bicycle.
From multi-week guided cyciling tours across Tuscany to hub and spoke tours originating out of a single villa, the tranquility of experiencing the Tuscan countryside by bicycle has drawn increasing numbers to the region.
In a recent review from some riders who had just completed a week long hub and spoke tour, “we commonly would bring our lunch with us and eat on the side of the field. After a rest in the shade and a few more leisurly hours of cycling, we would return to the villa for a nice swim before one of Tuscany’s beautiful sunsets.
