EXITHACK

It's a wonderful utility that lets you modify a rom, so that the SOFTWARE RESET built-in in some games, instead of restarting the game, brings you back to PogoShell !!! (yes, you have got it correctly, you can start a rom, and then go back to PogoShell, then start another rom and so on, without the need and the hassle to switch off and on your GBA !!!).

Don't get me wrong: this won't mean that EVERY SINGLE GAME on this cartdrige could get this feat, it simply means that THOSE game that have a built-in reset feature (like castelvania HOD, that if you press START+SELECT+A+B the game restarts), could be hacked to have the reset feature bring you back to PogoShell instead of simply restarting the game.

The usage of this program is very simple, its a DOS/command line program just like romtrunc, so you have to put the ROM and the exithack.exe in a directory together, and write (the name are examples!!!)

exithack inputrom.gba newromhacked.gba

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Exithack works correctly ONLY WHEN INTROSKIP IS ENABLED!
So you have 2 choiches:
1) Enable Always Introskip option in Pogoshell settings ( LEFT+SELECT>put YES on Always introskip)
2) Start the game with RIGHT+A (start the game with introskip)
