The weekly rates include water, electricity, gas, does not include linen service in general (towels, sheets, etc..) nor the final cleaning (50 €). The laundry service is available with arrangements to be agreed upnd.
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 25% of the lease. The balance must be paid upon arrival whwn given the key.
The apartment will be available after 3.00 pm the first day and should be released no later than 10.00 am on the last day.
NOTE: We rent a maximum of 6 persons.
