  2. Le forme:
    A. Le forme basi di Changquan: Changquan 16 (2 vecchie+1nuova) Changquan              20, Changquan 32.
    B. Le forme basi di Nanquan: Nanquan 16 (2 forme), Nanquan 32, Nandao 16, Nandao 32, Nangun 16, Nangun 32
    C. Le forme basi di Taijiquan. Taijiquan 8, Taijiquan 16, Taijiquan 24, Taijiquan 32, Taiji con la spada 16, Taiji con la spada 32.
    D. 1° e 2° forme codificate dello stili Emei.
    E. Forme tradizionali avanzate da scelta:
    Baguazhang, Xingyinquan, Bajiquan, Chuojiao, Piguaquan, Tongbeiquan, Fanziquan, Ditangquan, Ubriaco, Mantide, Aquila, Shaolin, Wudan, Emei, Tangtui, Huaquan, Meihua, Scimmia, Serpente, Tigre, Gru, Hongquan(Hongar), Cai-Li-Fo quan, Chaquan, Taijiquan in 5 stili e gli alcuni stili locali.

  3. Sanshou:
