That's how my creations become alive!!!   My name is Laura Mosca Manfredi, I'm fourtyfour years old and 
I live in Lombardy (Italy) . I have a husband, two kids and two dogs: Archibald and Toffee .
My life would have seemed to be completed, but it wasn't until 1993, when I began to discover "Cross Stitching"
From that moment on, every day I find five-six hours to work on it in totally peace.   
   
My pleasure is not satisfied in those five hours...this pleasure consists in finding new diagrams,
using new canvases, coping skemes that appear impossible, visiting new shops, surfing on the Internet to find 
new designs, exchange suggestions and impressions with other passionate people like myself!!... 
Cross stitching doesn't limit in making designs on canvases, but it gives you the possibility of designing pillows,
blinds, bedroom sheets, boxes, ashtrays, Christmas themed decorations, and thousands of other things. 
Just to improve my wonderful house.

The maximum realization for an hardworking woman like me, is to see my own work being posted 
and admired by everyone. My first exposition happened in March of 1996 thanks to a friendship that 
relates me with the Boragno family who owns a book store in my city. Next year, during the spring season,
I will probably repeat this magnificent experience and expose my new works. You are all invited 
to come and see my works. The exact dates of the event will be posted in my site in the nearest future.
