TSID: Time SID Manager

TSID is a program that wants to show you who is your best sid author/tune by looking at what you had hearth from HVSC (High Voltage SID Collection).
HVSC contains more than 27.000 PSID files, and you should take about 35 days to listen all the tunes at least one time!!!
However I think that your preffered sid tunes are listen more often than others, so as the time increase, it will be possible for TSID to say who is your best tune
