At the Radio City Guitar
Studio, with Frank Victor
|
I
had a contract with SESAC, Society of European Stage Authors and Composers.
I also opened a Volpe Guitar Center on 48th Street between,Sixth and
Seventh Avenue, where all the big shot name guitar players used to
come, like Tony Mottola, Sal Salvador, Al Caiola and others. We always
had jam sessions. I also had a music store and a publishing company.
My royalties with SESAC were getting bigger and bigger all the time.
I was also making Decca Records with Frank Victor who played guitar
duets with me, also with the Volpe Quartet.
