Stretching

Probably it is said that American people are fanatic of Fitness. One of two jogs, swims, does his daily "Workout" or goes to "gym". This is also the reason why in the USA, new ways to make Trainings are always developed. Many doctors are involved with Fitness-Training; the Fitness in the university is always more important in the sports faculty. Bob Anderson, an American man, discovered a new wave and became the "Stretching Pioneer". Stretching isn't a substitute of aerobic, it has a different task and function. Both kind of Fitness have their qualification in a well-balanced sport and fitness training. I give you some basic information that can help you to know the meaning and the aim of the Stretching and to control the exercises by yourself. With the Stretching exercises you extend your muscles, and your articulation movements get better. This is right important for the Fitness-Fans, because the Sport Training, made through exercises of strengthening, shorten the muscles that becomes stiff. The good thing with Stretching is that you can practice it without special ground conditions, without special dress and everywhere on the earth. After each exercise there's immediately one effect: the higher blood sprinkling of the muscles gets better the metabolism and eases the muscle pains. The Stretching invigorates and keeps the muscles young.

The first daily stretching comes automatic: with the yawn the limbs and back are stretched. This make you feel good and wake you up.

When you're doing an exercise you have always to think that you have to breathe quiet and regular, and keep each position twice for 20-30 seconds, this takes to the best kind of stretching.
