Body Building

The first time I searched for a professional fitness-trainer had been for the role of Michel Knight in the "Knight Rider". I didn't want to have muscles such as a mister universe but I wished to give a good shape to my body. With "good shape" I don't mean only the outside figure but everything. Certainly this doesn't take the place of the remaining healthy fitness program, but of course belongs to it.

With an oriented fitness, you reach the following effects :

In this book you can see me in the best body condition, I've ever had since long time. I've not done it specially for this book, but I had to make a stronger body training because of my role for the TV-Serie "Baywatch". Beside this, there's also my training for the role in "Neon City" where I play the part of a very strong man.

To be perfect for this role I had to eliminate two body handicaps : I've not really large shoulders and my legs are too thin. In the that weeks I worked very hard on them with Heinz.

In this moment my Fitness-Program consist in a period of time that is between 2 and 4 hours a day. Really much more than every usual man can and has to do. I make one or two of these hours in my private "gym" and I work with the fitness equipment. For me this is a part of the preparation to my next film role.

The professional fitness trainers suggest a short daily training - about 15 minutes to 20 minutes - or about 90 minutes per week. When the training is not combined with a special diet-plan, there can be wrong effects: with more than three hours of intensive training per week the results can become worst.

So: a longer and more frequent training is neither necessary nor good.

Here I can give you only some base information about Body Building: But you should know:
