Air Conditioned at request (only for Apt. #C and #D): € 100 pro week.

 

A week comprises of Saturday at 16.00 hrs to Saturday at 10.00 hrs. Specific accords excepted, the arrivals are anticipated for the hours 16.00 and the apartments  must be left free within the hours 10.00.

 

	Final cleaning excludes  cooking area, pots, pans and cutlery which are responsability of the client : if above items are not left clean, there will be an additional charge of  € 30.
	Prices are subject to change.

 

The reservation must be confirmed with one advance of 30% to be returned should the booking be noticed almost 30 days beforehand.

 

Payments must be made at the arrival and a caution-money of € 150  will be required.
