Nasce a Napoli nel 1964 . All'età di nove anni è stato premiato con medaglia d'argento ad un Concorso Nazionale Pianistico presentando proprie composizioni. All'età di dieci anni ha iniziato la carriera concertistica che l’ha visto e lo vede tutt'ora impegnato in recitals e concerti in diversi Paesi del Mondo. All'età di soli quindici anni ha conseguito il Diploma di Idoneità a Maestro Direttore Strumentatore di Banda e nel contempo il Corso Inferiore di Composizione presso il Conservatorio di Parma. Ha studiato Direzione di Coro con il M. Romano Gandolfi ed ha diretto numerosi Cori polifonici in Italia e all’estero. Ha studiato pianoforte con Aida Fino, Roberto Stefanoni, Roberto Cappello, Angela Morrone e Giuseppe Massaglia diplomandosi dopo soli sei anni di studio e ottenendo il massimo dei voti presso il Conservatorio D. Cimarosa di Benevento.Ha seguito Corsi di Alto Perfezionamento pianistico in Italia e Francia con Giuseppe Massaglia e Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli. Al suo attivo centinaia tra Concerti pianistici in qualità di solista ,Maestro Accompagnatore al pianoforte e Direttore d’ Orchestra. E' “Maestro Preparatore” di cantanti lirici e più volte impegnato in formazioni cameristiche. Ha collaborato con Artisti dei Cori del Teatro dell’ Opera e dell’ Accademia Nazionale di S. Cecilia di Roma . Fondatore e Presidente, nonché Direttore Artistico, dell’ Accademia Nazionale della Canzone Napoletana e dell’ Operetta, con Sede in Roma e con il Patrocinio del Ministero dell’ Istruzione dell’Università e della Ricerca .Insignito di Medaglia d'oro Premio "Foyer des Artistes"1993 per la Direzione d'Orchestra. Direttore Artistico di diverse Rassegne concertistiche, del Concorso Internazionale Pianistico “Città di Anzio “, Fondatore e Direttore Artistico del Concorso Lirico Internazionale “Città di Sermoneta”

Orchestra Giovanili più importanti negli Stati Uniti :La “Concordia Wind Simphony Orchestra” ed la “Los Gatos “2011 . Nonchè una tournèe negli Stati Uniti,Norvegia,Olanda e Spagna in qualità di Pianista Concertista e Maestro Accompagnatore al pianoforte dei 3 Tenori Italiani. La Federazione Italiana Danza gli ha conferito la Carica di Coordinatore per il Settore Musica e la Song Ching Lee Foundation di Shanghaj, quello di Coordinatore Artistico per il Centro-Sud Italia. Recente un suo intervento su Dante Alighieri e la Musica nel corso di una conferenza tenuta presso il Teatro di Tor Bella Monaca in Roma e ancora un Concerto presso il Teatro Comunale di Cariati ( CS ) per l’ Associazione Culturale Italia Russia “ Cultura e Lingua senza Frontiere “ Nel luglio 2013 e nel gennaio 2014 ha tenuto due Concerti lirico/pianistici da solista e come Maestro Accompagnatore al Pianoforte del Soprano madrileno Monica Lùz, presso diverse e prestigiose Sedi concertistiche istituzionali spagnole tra cui La Escuela Superior de Canto di Madrid ( il locale Conservatorio di Musica ) .E’ Membro di Giuria, per la Sezione Pianoforte, del Concorso Internazionale “Music For Peace, 2014 “ , con Sede in Argentina.E’ profondo conoscitore della Musica americana degli anni ’30, ’40 e ’50 e tra i pianisti più

nelle Edizioni 2015 e 2016 degli Esami di Perfezionamento di Canto e Pianoforte , accanto a nomi prestigiosi come quello

Carlo Monticelli Cuggiò was born in Naples , 1964 . At the age of nine , he was awarded the silver medal at a National Competition where he presented his own piano compositions .At the age of ten , he began his concert career that has kept him busy so far both in recitals and in concerts around the world .When he was only fifteen, he obtained his Qualifying Diploma as a Banda Maestro Conductor and Orchestrator and , at the same time, he attained the lower level of Composition at the Conservatory of Parma.He studied Choral Practice with Maestro Romano Gandolfi , and directed, both in Italy and abroad , many polyphonic choirs He studied piano at the Conservatory of Parma with Aida Fino, Roberto Stefanoni , Roberto Cappello, Angela Morrone and Giuseppe Massaglia and he graduated with honors at the Conservatory of Benevento , after only six years of study .He attended Piano Master Classes in Italy and France with Giuseppe Massaglia and Maestro Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli. He is a Piano Accompanist and Maestro for opera singers and repeatedly engaged in chamber ensembles.He regularly collaborates with artists of the Chorus of the Teatro dell'Opera and the National Academy of S. Cecilia of Rome.He is the Founder of the Multiethnic Polyphonic Choir of Rome with whom he performed to the presence of the President of the Republic , of His Holiness Pope Benedict the 16th and of the dignitaries of State .Moreover he is the Founder , the President , as well as the Artistic Director of the National Academy of Neapolitan Songs and Operetta, which is sponsored by M.I.U.R ( Ministry of Education , University and Research ) and has its headquarters in

Rome .He was awarded the gold medal as a Conductor, winning the" Foyer des Artistes " in 1993 .He is the Artistic Director of several international Music festivals and of the International Piano Competition " Città di Anzio " , the Founder and Artistic Director of the International Opera Competition " Città di Sermoneta " , and a Professor at the Ministerial Courses of Didactic Differentiation for Montessori and Froebel’s methods Considered by many the most Italian expert in the Strauss family repertoire , he is the Founder , President and Artistic Director of the New Italian Straussian Philharmonic , the StraussOperettEnsemble, the SmileQuartet and the LittleItaly Quartet ( the only one instrumental and vocal ensemble in Italy which has that aims to spread italian music in the world ; the repertoire includes Italian opera arias , the most famous folk songs and classical Neapolitan songs, revisited in jazz and " tribal " ) . He has recorded for PRODIT Discography .In his most recent performances he conducted both the Simphony Orchestra of Rome and Lazio in the execution of Mendelssohn's Symphony Nr. 4 and Beethoven's Symphony Nr. 1 , and the Concert for the Night of Museums in Rome ( May , 2009 ) , and he was on tour in the USA , Germany , Spain , France and Norway as a Concert Pianist and Maestro Accompanist of the three Italian Tenors. Recently the Song Ching Ling Foundation of

Shanghaj entrusted him with the artistic coordination of the centre and southern Italy . Moreover , he has participated in the major national and international events with the National Rhythmicalsymphonic Youth Choir and Orchestra and Multiethnic Polyphonic Choir of Rome ; at the International Festival of Arts in Tjianjin (China, July 2009) they were invited as the only Italian delegation and afterwards they were invited to participate , both in 2010 and 2011 (Piazza del Popolo , Rome) , in the Chinese New Year .He conducted also : The Los Gatos Youth Orchestra ( USA ) , The Concordia Wind Symphony Orchestra ( USA ) on 2 Italian Concerts

Even more recently, he conducted the Opening Concert of the New Italian Straussian Philharmonic in Rome to the presence of the formerly Undersecretary to the Prime Minister, of the Ambassador of Austria and several other authorities ( Honorary Members of the same Institution ) .To his credit, there are more than 1000 concerts , recordings , artistical , musical and theatrical directions and compositions for choir , orchestra and piano. Moreover , his past experiences see him as a theater director , playwright , songwriter , organizer and artistic director of events , national and international competitions , Music festivals and cultural exchanges with foreign countries ( USA and China) , as well as in operations management and personnel management . Recently he took part in a conference at the Theatre Tor Bella Monaca in Rome, about the relation between Dante Alighieri and Music. Recently one of his concert in Madrid where it is proven to be one of the greatest pianists improvisers and performers of American

music of the '30s, '40s and '50s.He had experience as theatre director, computer consultant and personal manager. Last Concert in Cariati ( Italy ) for the Italia-Russia Cultural Association “ Cultura e Lingua Senza Frontiere” - Next Masterclass on Neapolitan song and Italian Opera in Madrid and Wien, in july and august 2015 . Recently, the President of the International Competition Epta-Italy Rome, as well as internationally renowned Pianist, Marcella Crudeli, requested him as a member of the jury, alongside prestigious musicians as Sergio Calligaris.Among his Radio and TV appearances : RAI, SKY, RADIOVATICANA, Moviradio, RADIO PARANA’

Nació en Napoli en 1964. A la edad de nueve años fue galardonado con medalla de Plata en un Concurso Pianistico

de Nivel Nacional mediante la presentación de composiciones propias.

Inicio su carrera concertistica a los diez años comprometido en recitales y conciertos que aún hoy se pueden apreciar

en diversos paises Europeos.

En 1979 obtuvo el diploma de Idoneidad en M. Direttore Instrumental de Banda y al mismo tiempo en el Curso Inferior

de Composición en el Conservatorio de Parma.

Se formó en Ejercitación Coral con el M. Romano Gandolfi y dirigió numerosos Coros Polifonicos en Italia y en el

exterior. Estudió pianoforte con Roberto Stefanoni, Roberto Cappello y Giuseppe Massaglia graduandose después de

seis años de estudio y obteniendo el maximo puntaje.

Continuó cursos de Alto Perfeccionamiento Pianistico en Italia y Francia con los Maestros Giuseppe Massaglia y

Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli. Maestro acompañante y preparador de cantantes líricos y comprometido en la formación de conjuntos de Cámara, asi mismo, colabora permanentemente con artistas del Coro, del Teatro, de la Opera y de la Academia Nacional de Santa Cecilia de Roma. Fundador del Coro Polifonico Multietnico "Daniele Manin", con el cuál se presentóante el

Presidente de la Republica y Su Santidad Benedetto XVI° en colaboración de la Fundación Italo-chinese "Inphinito" de Roma y ante las más altas autoridades del estado en numerosas ocasiones.

Fundador y Presidente, aunque Director Artistico, de la Academia Nacional de la Canción Napoletana y de la Opera, con sede en Roma y patrocinada por el Ministerio de la Educación de la Universidad e investigación,Galardonado con la Medalla de oro como premio "Foyer des Artistes"1993 por la Direcciónde la Orquesta. Ha compuesto música de cámara y Sonatas para Piano y La corriente crítica lo llama "el improvisadores más brillantes de nuestro tiempo". Director Artistico del concurso Internacional Pianistico "Città di Anzio". Fundador y Director Artistico del concurso lírico Internacional "Città di Sermoneta"(LT) y Profesor de los cursos Ministeriales de Diferenciación didactica en los Metodos Montessori y Froebel. estable de la Filarmonica Straussiana Italiana, de la StraussOperettEnsemble y de la Smile Quartet.

Es suyo el proyecto para dirigir el Coro y la Orquesta Ritmico-sinfonica Juvenil del Ministerio de Educación,

Universidad e investigación, formada de 120 jovenes entre los 10 y 20 años, provenientes de toda Italia aprobado por los Ministros de Educación. Carlo también dirigió las dos orquestas juveniles más importantes de los Estados Unidos: la "Concordia Wind Symphony Orchestra" y la "Los Gatos". Particularmente experto en la aplicacion de la informatica a la música, ha Colaborado como arreglista en producciones de nivel internacional.

Compuso bandas sonoras para Peliculas, documentales, y espectaculos teatrales. Ha practicado el jazz y en particular modo, el blues y el swing, en los Estados Unidos. Ha grabado para PRODIT Discografía. Entre las actuaciones más recientes estan la Direccion de la Orquesta Sinfonica de Roma y de Lazio y la dirección del Concierto de la noche en los Museos de Roma en mayo 2009. Realizó una gira en los Estados Unidos en calidad de Pianista Concertista y M. Acompañante al Pianoforte de tres Tenores Italianos. El Coro y Orquesta del Ministerio de la Educación y el Coro Polifónico Multi-etnico del cual fue Fundador y lo dirigió hasta el mes de junio de 2010 participando permanentemente en las manifestaciones Nacionales e Internacionales más importantesa menudo como unicos representante de Italia, como en el Festival Internazional del Arte de Tjianjin, en julio 2009 en China y

recientemente presentado en la Embajada de China en Roma con ocasión del Año Nuevo. Muy recientes 3 de sus conciertos en Madrid, uno en la Escuela Superior de Canto. Tanto como solista y como acompañante de piano maestro pianista con la soprano Mónica Luz y una conferencia sobre Dante y Música en el Teatro Tor Bella Monaca, en Roma. Carlo Monticelli Cuggiò es uno de los principales exponentes de la improvisación e nel piano y de la música americana de los años 50 y 60 y es considerado el Director d 'Orquesta más preparado en el Directorio Europeo de Famigia Strauss d' en Austria y 'Operetta.

El Presidente del Concurso Internacional EPTA ITALY ROMA, pianista de fama Marcella Crudeli, lo llevó como miembro del Jurado, en '2015 y 2016 edición, junto a nombres de prestigio como Sergio Calligaris.

Er wird 1964 in Neapel geboren. Im Alter von neun Jahren wird ihm bei einem Nationalen Wettbewerb für Klavier an dem er mit eigenen Musikstücken teilnimmt die Silbermedaille verliehen. Im Alter von zehn Jahren beginnt seine Konzertkarriere, die ihn seither und noch heute in recitals und Konzerten in verschiedenen Ländern der Welt involviert sehen. Im Alter von nur fünfzehn Jahren absolviert er bereits das Befähigungsdiplom zum Kapellmeister und Instrumentator und gleichzeitig auch den Grundkurs für Komposition am Konservatorium von Parma. Er hat Chorleitung mit dem Maestro Romano Gandolfi studiert und hat zahlreiche

polyphone Chöre in Italien und im Ausland geleitet. Er hat Klavier mit Aida Fino, Roberto Stefanoni, Roberto Cappello, Angela Morrone und Giuseppe Massaglia studiert und hat nach nur sechs Jahren Studium das Diplom mit Bestnote am Konservatorium D. Cimarosa von Benevento erworben. Er hat Fortbildungskurse der Meisterklasse mit Giuseppe Massaglia und

Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli in Italien und Frankreich besucht. Er verbucht auf seinem Konto hunderte von Klavierkonzerten als Solist, als begleitender Maestro am Klavier und als Orchesterleiter. Er ist Maestro bei der Vorbereitung für Opernsänger und ist oftmals in kammermusikalischen Lehrgängen involviert. Er hat mit Artisten aus den Chören des Teatro dell'Opera und der Nationalen Akademie der Santa Cecilia von Rom zusammengearbeitet. Er ist sowohl Begründer und Präsident als auch künstlerischer Leiter der Nationalen Akademie für Napolitanische Lieder und Operetten (Accademia Nazionale della Canzone Napoletana e dell’Operetta), die ihren Sitz in Rom hat und unter der Schirmherrschaft des Ministerium für Universitätsbildung und Forschung steht. Er wurde bei einer Prämierung des "Foyer der Künstler" 1993 mit einer Goldmedaille für Orchesterleitung ausgezeichnet. Er war künstlerischer Leiter für die unterschiedlichsten Konzertreihen, den Internationalen Wettbewerb für Klavier "Citta di Anzio", Begründer und künstlerischer Leiter des Internationalen Wettbewerbs für Lyrik "Citta' di Sermoneta (Latina)". Er war Begründer und künstlerischer Leiter und fester Musiker der Neuen Italienischen Strauss Philharmonie. Er war Begründer und Chor- und Orchesterleiter des Jugendorchesters des Ministerium für Bildung, Universität und Forschung (M.I.U.R.) bis zu dessen Auflösung, und des polyphonischen Chores mit dem er als einzige Rappresentanz für Italien am internationalen Festival der Künste

von Tjanjin (China) 2009 teilgenommen hat. Als besonderer Experte der Anwendung von Informatik in der Musik hat er als Mit-Bearbeiter an Produktionen auf internationaler Ebene teilgenommen, unter anderem an der Promotion eines Albums von Amy Stewart. Er hat Sonaten für verschiedene Instrumente komponiert, Stücke der Kammermusik, New Age Musik, Musik für Filme, Dokumentarfilme und Theaterstücke. Er hat sich tiefgehend mit Jazz und vor allem mit Blues und Swing in den Vereinigten Staaten befasst. Er hat für die PRODIT Schallplattenfirma aufgenommen. Eine seiner kürzlich erfolgten Vorstellungen hat ihn in der

Konzertleitung des Synphonieorchesters von Rom und Latium bei der Nacht der Museen in Rom im Mai 2009 gesehen. Er hat die Leitung der zwei wichtigsten Jugendorchester der USA gehabt: das "Concordia Wind Symphony Orchestra" und das "Los Gatos" 2011. Ausserdem hat er als Konzertpianist und begleitender Maestro 3 italienische Tenöre auf einer Tournee durch

die Vereinigten Staaten, Norwegen, Holland und Spanien begleitet. Die italienische Föderation für Tanz hat ihm den Auftrag als Koordinator für den Sektor der Musik verliehen und die Soong Ching Ling Stiftung von Shanghai den des künstlerischen Koordinators für das Zentrum Italiens und Süditalien. Kürzlich hat er einen Vortrag zum Thema Dante Alighieri und die Musik in einer Konferenzreihe im Theater von Tor Bella Monaca in Rom gehalten und ein Konzert im Stadttheater von Cariati (Cosenza) für die italienisch-russische Vereinigung "Kultur und Sprache ohne Grenzen". Im Juli 2013 und im Januar 2014 hat er zwei lyrische Klavierkonzerte als Solist und als begleitender Maestro am Klavier für den Sopran Monica Luz aus Madrid gehalten, in verschiedenen berühmten spanischen Konzertsälen, unter anderem auch der La Escuela Superior de Canto von Madrid (dem örtlichen Konservatorium für Musik). Er ist Mitglied der Jury für die Sektion Klavier des internationalen Wettbewerbs "Music for Peace, 2014", mit Sitz in Argentinien. Er ist Experte für amerikanische Musik der 30er, 40er und 50er Jahre und ist einer der vielseitigsten Pianisten. Der Präsident des internationalen Wettbewerbs EPTA ITALY ROMA, Marcella Crudeli, hat ihn als Mitglied in die Prüfungskommission der Meisterklassen für Gesang und Klavier gebeten, gemeinsam mit Berühmtheiten wie Sergio

Calligaris. Teilnahme, Interviews und Vorstellungen für: RAI, SKY und Radio Vatikan, Movirado, Radio Parana' (Argentinien), Radio der Universität von Jaen (Spanien). Erst kürzlich sein Entschluss einer Masterclass der Napoletanischen Lieder, Operetten und der italienischen lyrischen Oper in verschiedenen italienischen Institutionen der Musik wie die Stiftung von Madrid "Casa de Granada en Madrid" (2014 und 2015), die "Escuela Superior de Canto de Madrid" (Konzert 2014), das Konservatorium der Musik von Verona, gemeinsam mit dem Sopran Cecilia Gasdia (Januar 2016), das Konservatorium von Foggia (Mai 2016), sowie die Klavier Konzert

Il est né à Naples en 1964.

À 9 ans il a reçucomme prix la médaille d'argent à un concours pianistique national en jouantses

compositions. À 10 ans, il a commencé sa carrière de concertiste que l'engagés encoredans des récitals et

desconcerts dans plusieurs pays européens.

A 15 ans il a obtenu aussi bien le Diplôme d'aptitude comme chef d'orchestre et instrumentateur orchestrale

que , en mêmetemps , le coursinférieur de composition dans le Conservatoire de Parme.

Il a étudié la pratique chorale avec le Maître Romano Gandolfi , et il a dirigé plusieurs de choeurs

polyphoniques en Italie et à l'étranger.

Il a étudié le piano avecles Maîtres Aida Fino, Roberto Stefanoni, Roberto Cappello, Angela Morrone et

Giuseppe Massaglia en obtenant le diplômeaprès 6 ans avec les meilleures notes.

Il a suivi descours d'haut perfectionnement pianistique en Italie et en France avec le Professeurs Giuseppe

Massaglia et Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli en se distinguant toujours comme le meilleur partecipant.À son

actif plus de 1000 concerts de piano.

Il est Maître des chanteurs lyriques et Accompagnateur et il a été plusieurs foisen gagédans des formations

de musique da chambre.Il collabore d'une maniér estable avec des artistes des choeurs de l'Opéra et de

l'Accademie National de S. Cécile à Roma.Il est le fondateur , le Président et le Directeur Artistique de

l'Accademie National de la Chanson de Naples e de l'opérette, que a son siège à Rome , sous la protection du

Ministère de l'Education, desUniversités e de la Recherche .En 1993 à l'occasion duPrix "FoyesdesArtistes"

il a reçu la médaille d'or en qualité de Chef d'orchestre.Il n'est passeulement le Directeur Artistique de

plusieurs festivals de musique, du Concours International de piano "Città di Anzio", mais aussi Fondateur et

Directeur Artistique du Concours International de musique lyrique "Città di Sermoneta" (LT) .Il est

Professeur au cours de différenciation didactique , pour les méthodes Montessori et Froebel , du Ministère.

Il est le Fondateur et le DirecteurArtistique et Musical de la "Nouvelle Philharmonique Italienne de Strauss",

du "StraussOperettEnsamble", du quarto de jazz "LittleItaly" et duquartette "Smile".

Le projetque l'a vu a la tête du Choeur et Orchestre Rythmique-symphonique Juvénile du M.I.U.R.

(Ministère de l'Éducation, des Universités et de la Recherche) - sousles Ministres de l'Éducation Fioroni et

Gelmini - est à lui.

Cette formation musical que se compose de jeune sentre 10 et 20 ans s'est produit en présence de les hautes

fonctions de l'Etat du Président du Pape Benoît le XVI .

Il est paticulièrement expérimenté en l'application de l'informatique à la Musique et il a collaboré en

productions à l'échelon international; parmiles plus importants il y a la promotion d'un disque avec Amy

Stewart.Il a composé des bandes sonores pour films, documentaires et répresentations.

Il a approfondi le jazz , en particulier le blues et le swing aux Etats-Unis.Il a enregistré pour la Discographie

PRODIT.Parmises plus recente performances il y la la Direction de l'Orchestre Symphonique de Rome et du

Latium ,la Direction du Concert pour la Nuit de Musées à Rome, la Direction des Orchestres des jeunes les

plus importantes des Etats-Unis, "Colombia Wind Simphony Orchestra" et "Los Gatos", ainsique des

tournées aux Etats-Unis, en Espagne et en Hollande aussi bien comme pianist concertiste que

accompagnateur des "TroisTénors Italiens".

Récemment il a pris part aucours d'une conférence au théâtre "Tor Bella Monaca" à Rome, sur le

rapportentre Dante Alighieri et la Musique et il la donner un concert à Madrid en qualité de pianiste soliste et

accompagnateur aver la Soprano Monica Luz et le Ténor Claudio Catalano .

Il estexpérimenté comme directeur de théâtre, consultant en technologies de l'information, et gestion du

personnel.Prochaines ses engagements: Madrid et de Vienne dans le rôle de Piano Master accompagnateur et

pianiste solo. Masterclass à le Conservatoire de Madrid, Verona avec Cecilia Gasdia et Foggia et a Vienne

sur la chanson napolitaine et opéra italien.

Retemment, la Presidente de la Competition internationale Epta-Italy Rome 2015 et 2016, ainsi que Pianiste
