SOUP OF CHICK PEAS

Ingredients:

1 large onion, celery and carrot, 250 gr. of chick peas, 1 bunch of herbs, 2 potatoes, oil extra virgin

Preparation:

Brown the onion with the celery and carrot chopped, then add the herbs and the potatoes cut slices, add the water and a nut and a half for broth. If you want follow the tradition, is cooked for 2 hours about a slow fire and crushing potatoes. Serve with toasted bread
