STUFFED SQUIDS

Ingredients: (2 people)

2 Squid of medium dimensions, onion, garlic, parsley, 2 eggs, tomato sauce

 

Preparation:

 

Fry the tentacles of the squids chopped, with chopped finely onion,  at the end add garlic and parsley. Add to cold an egg and a hard-boiled egg chopped. Fill the caps of squids,  shut them with one stick and fry floury. Prepare a sauce with a little oil, chopped parsley, garlic and tomato sauce, add the squid and cook them; when they are cooked add the white wine.
