MUSHROOMS SAUCE (ecological)

Ingredients: 2 people

100 gr of Porcini mushrooms, 5 tomatoes Perini, garlic, oil, parsley, salt and pepper

 

 

Preparation:

 

Stir-fry the garlic and parsley, adding the mushrooms. Browning completed, add the tomatoes skinned and cut into cubes. Cook all for a few minutes and add the salt and pepper.
