RECEIPES OF CARLETTA

 

HOT KETCHUP (recipe of my friend Rosy)

Ingredients:

1kg e1/2 of tomatoes, 1 onion, 6 red peppers (possibly tip), 2 cups of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 chili peppers, 4dl of vinegar.

 

 

Preparation:

 

Boil the tomatoes with the skin but private of seeds, the onion and peppers cut into pieces for 2 hours, and then pass them through the vegetable mill using thin holes. Add the sugar, vinegar, salt and chili peppers and bring to a boil again. Immediately after pay in canisters that should be locked and wrapped up in more sheets of newspaper by 24 h.
