Apple Marmelade 

               You need:
2 kg  apples
1/4 lt  water
3 lemmons
400 gr sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Clean the apples.
Blend them quickly.
Cook the mash for 10 minutes with the juice of the lemons.
Stir and pour the sugar.
Cook again for 10 minutes more as you like it.
