In the situations of high risk with potentially " dangerous " subjects it is well not to never lower the level of guard, expecially after to have concluded the more critical phases and to have proceeded to the arrest. Just in this phase, handcuffing and transport of the suspects is important to follow particular directives that they avoid complication of situations apparently easy to manage.

       

Directives for hancuffing of suspects
  
- Never handcuff a suspect to a fixed object.
- Agent does not have to handcuff the suspicion to himself. 
- Handcuff the suspects with the arms behind the back and the palms of the hands revolts to the outside.
 In case is demanded  fast handcuffing of more subjects use staunch plastic ring autoshut.

Transport directives per the  of subjects in detention
- When possible not transport young subjects with the other oldest ones. 
- If possible not transport men and women in the same one.
- Give the verbal commands from " a covered " place if possible or otherwise from the disarmed side of the suspects and in knelt down position.

     

- Not transport particularly violent subjects of forehead to otherside on the same one vehicle.
- not transport more than three subjects for time on a shielding  vehicle.
- Never exceed the  maximum transportable weight for the vehicle in use.
-  Not transport more than two suspects in a vehicle without shielding, and place an agent in the posterior seat. 
- A single agent cannot transport suspects  in a  not shielded vehicle.
- The suspects must be placed to the left of the agent and the firearm of this last one must be on the right side.

An arrest

- Within a vehicle that allow it, not to be seated of forehead to suspect.
- An agent outside service that operates an arrest or detention cannot transport the suspects on the own private car.
- Never transport suspects and their victims in the same one vehicle.
- Always search suspects even if delivered from an other agent.
- To remove all that that can turn out dangerous from the clothes of the suspect after handcuffing. 
- If during a personal search a firearm is discovered in a place that it cannot easily be removed, place the suspect in disadvantage position to remove the clothes and then  the firearm, therefore to continue the search.
