BACK-UP rings prevent the extrusion and the damaging of the O-Rings due to high pressures and clearance.

A  For heavy duty use.
For high and frequent pressure peaks and large clearance.
B For medium to high pressures and for frequent pressure peaks.
C For use in medium to less-demanding operational conditions.
