WILL of SARAH ANN DURHAM IV (1846-1915)

Sarah Ann was a spinster, one of three surviving children of Alexander William James Durham - she left almost everything to her two nephews, her only living close relations – this will is interesting because for the first time it clearly mentions property in Greenwich, which she must have inherited from her father, and although no addresses are mentioned, part of which is probably still in the possession of the Durham family - so it would appear that property possibly originally owned by Jacob Durham I or his son Alexander William James Durham, fruit of their pub business, still remains with members of the family today
