The name evokes tea flavor, music, jungles and, unfortunately, also a forgotten civil war. When I went to Ceylon, in 1995, the war didn't reach Colombo yet, and the air was everywhere smelling tea and curry. I fell in love with that small island, and I still can't believe that so friendly and smiling people could destroy this wonderful tear-shaped land.
