History

Milano(Italy)-October 2002 - Maurizio Ricci (guitar) want to dedicate a band to the Deep Purple, discusses with Antheos (bass) which says: “…as soon as you find the musicians,call me!”. The idea is that one to obtain a rather faithful execution to the purple-style and to the purple-sound, but to obtain the objective has been somewhat very hard, because of a laborious search of the adapted musicians. After very many jam sessions (2 years!!) , Antheos renounces to the project, but Ricci is stubborn and insists, spurred also from the uncontrollable enthusiasm of Luca Bariffi (keyboard), arrived not long after.

Milano(Italy)-January 2005 - Mark I - Giuseppe Lanari on guitar-bass, Andrea Ranfagni (vocals) and Drumboy on the drums, but because of the geographic distances and to the coexistence of parallels projects of the band, after a brief tour, the 5 musicians decide not to more be able to continue.

Milano(Italy)-October 2006 - Mark II - Ricci insist once again and, wanting to go ahead with the project, recall Antheos that returns in the band taken from nostalgia; not long after, Ricci to get in touch with Drago (vocals), than in its turn involve Ludo (drums), old friendship. After one series of live, finally a unforgettable live...

Lugano(Svizzera)-February 2007 - : ...Space Truckin Project and IAN PAICE, legendary drummer of the famous band, on stage together(Temus,Agno Suisse).

Milano(Italy)-May 2008 - Mark III-IV-V :-) The band has the need to expand the set list and, always for the mutual distances,the line up unfortunately lasts only a year and is reconstituted with Luca Mameli (vocals) and Fabio Le Duc (drums). Because of intense business engagements in Conservatory,also Luca Bariffi, to which the band is very grateful for all that has done,fails to be up to the necessity of the band. In its place comes Miki Ricciardi.

Milano(Italy)-June 2009 - Mark VI (LOL) Last line up with: Antheos(bass), Maurizio Ricci(guit), Miki Ricciardi(keyb), Joe Scalia(drums) and Drago (vocals)
