Hi all, May i know is there any settings can prevent the recorder shutdown automatically after finished the timer recording? or is it allow to do so? i did tried to set the power saving mode to disable but no help.

This may be a dumb question but does anyone know how format the orginal harddrive in the DVR-530H? I know I can go through and delete each program that I have recorded one at a time, but there has to be a way wipe the drive clean.
