RECIPS OF CARLETTA

TUNA AT LANZAROTE’S STYLE

ingredients: (2 people)

2 slices of fresh tuna, 1 pepper roasted and peeled, 1 medium onion, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, fresh basil, olive oil and salt.

 

Preparation:

In a frying pan fry the onions into thick slices just starting to brown, add the peppers into strips and after a few minutes the tomato sauce. Cook several minutes. In another pan, brown the tuna in oil (about 6-7 min. for part), then add the peppers, leave flavor and sprinkle with the fresh basil.
