RECIPS OF CARLETTA

BIANCHETTI AU GRATIN

Ingredients: (2 people)

 

200 gr. of Bianchetti, olive oil, lemon, garlic, chili pepper and salt

 

 

Preparation:

 

Fry in a saucepan  pepper/with garlic and oil, for a few minutes and then allow to cool. Place the Bianchetti on a non-stick baking pan in a thin layer. salt and season with flavoured oil previously prepared and emulsified with half lemon pressed. Brown them au gratin.
