Seems like a PCI card with built-in ADSL router and a lead to a separate antenna. It seems to me easier and preferable to get something like this, compared to a separate wireless modem and PCI adapter.

Update: The modem arrived yesturday and is indeed good connects first time and reports a connection of 588kbps upstream and 288kbps downstream - not bad considering my line supposedly only supports 512kbps!
