My New ADSL Modem Router – D-Link 504T
Wow, what a long name. In short, it’s an ADSL model, it’sa simple network router, and it’sa 4-port network switch. Kinda 3-in-1, which is popular in home or small office network. This is the picture for my new D-Link ADSL modem router.

Works ok on ground floor of house, two floors down. I'm tempted to get an dedicated ADSL modem/router because:. I wouldn't be relying on windows firewall; don't have to go up two flights of stairs to switch pc on/off (or set up X10).

I would have thought it was the DG814, but when entering the ip address of 192.168.0.1 into a web browser, it logs straight in to the FVS318 Prosafe VPN Firewall 8-Port Switch! I don’t know how to log into the DG814 ADSL modem/router.
