Google to begin testing newspaper print ads ISEDB
Google will start a three-month print ad test this week to let businesses start buying ads in more than 50 daily newspapers. The test is the latest effort by Google to expand beyond the Web for increasing its revenue. More than 100 companies will participate and be able to place bids for space in newspapers including the New York Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe and Philadelphia Inquirer.
