I was doing alot of little things, and it turned into a very important day. For better or for worse I guess. My first two chapters are background. My topic is history, and the first two chapters lay the foundation for my topic.

Our first dive was another section of the Palancar reef, and my absolute favorite tropical plant/animal/thingy in the ocean. Regardless, once I saw my favorite little creature, I was all set for my diving fix.
Un-funking Myself, and a Book Review
So the process of prying myself out of my funk has begun in earnest, I'm scheduled to wheel out my first 25 pages in January, so the benefit of this is make their script stronger structurally before diving into the first pass.
Varadero journal: My first diving experience
I didn't have a teacher or any thing, just went with my dad whos been diving for years. Didn't go down very deep, just enoth to see some coral and some fishes :-). Was great fun, and when our under there, it's so quiet. So cool.
More Random Notes
Speaking about language, my skills have also progressed to the point that I understand if someone is speaking Ukranian or Russian. How can I tell? First, if my comprehension suddenly takes a dive I know something is going on.
