These days more and more newcomers to this hobby are turning their preference to

 digital images

 which, of course, are easier and cheaper to get,

but what we would like to say is that

 nothing can substitute an original high quality slide.

No digital image is "original" in the true sense of the word,

 nor it can be collected, exchanged, screened and hold in your hand like a slide.
