Why vista?
only 1 gig and while i'm still playing, it seems fine. I've also discovered that nVidia cards are crap when it comes to TV out and just drivers in general for Vista, so i'll back you ATI reccomendation, they certainly can't be worse
Vista Buisness on HP TC1100
Vista ran about like XP on the tablet, no real discernible difference. This was fairly early on, at the first official release, so some drivers may have come along since for the tablet's nvidia chip that supports the brightness.
