Edward Pursino

Edward has studied the guitar since the age of seven, and won many tournaments for his BACH performances. Recently he completed a series of studies with guitar great Sal Nicosa, who had studied with the Brazilian legend Laurindo Almeida. Edward hopes to perform at Cargenie Hall in a complete classical recital one day.

Edward comes from a musical family. His twin brother Fred plays drums in a metal-Zappa-esque band called 'ROTGUT'. His father, a gifted wood craftsman, restores guitars in his spare time, and was the foreman in charge of construction on the building of the TRUMP TOWERS, in New York City.
