The new building of tourist accommodation is located near the walls of ancient cliff on which stands Orvieto, just 300 meters from the Etruscan Porta Vivaria, which leads to the city center. The Etruscan Necropoli 'Crocefisso del Tufo' is 200 mt far from the place. Crossing the entire old center you get to the wonderful Cathedral, located about a kilometer away. Very impressive also the view on the ancient city walls. This is a landmark building carefully restored.
The rooms, completely new and tastefully furnished, are all equipped with modern comforts: private bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, internet, satellite TV. The property also has a private parking area and is surrounded by a garden where, in summer, breakfast is served.
