TEP - Trans Equatorial Propagation
It is a propagation mode
where radio signals bounce on ionosphere layers
situated over equatorial zones, thus permitting contacts between
locations simmetrical (along north-south axis) in respect of magnetic
equator.
Best conditions for TE happen during the day, in March,
September and in summer.
