D 80 and Micro lens
I intend to buy a Nikon D80 soon and am wondering if my Micro Nikkor-P auto 1:35f=55mm would fit and work on the new camera (the lens is a left over from my FT2 days any advise would be appreciated

This strategy is perfect for someone on a limited budget. Get the camera and 50mm lens, take a whole bunch of pictures, and then decide what range of zoom lens would be best for your needs. The 18-55 kit lens is okay in terms of quality
