OTHER NOTES
Vertigo is the first single from U2's 2004 album, How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb.  The single screamed onto radio stations in September of 2004 and has begun makng a climb on charts based on radio play alone.

The single featured several songs, including a cover of Kraftwerk's "Neon Lights" and a new b-side produced by Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois entitled "Are You Gonna Wait Forever", presumably a left over from the All That You Can't Leave Behind recording sessions with these two producers.  To fill out the single releases are various mixes by Jacknife Lee of the title track.  The instrumental and the 12" version mixes are the same mix only one lacks vocals.  The 10" mix is a different mix of the song.

A promotional single was released to radio in September 2004 for this song.

The version of Vertigo contained on these promos isn't the exact same as the version on the album.  The version on the single and on the single promo is actually slightly edited, and is missing a few seconds of sound at the end of the track.  Otherwise the track is the same as the album version.

Previous Single:  Electrical Storm  (2002)
