BP Ford team leader Marcus Gronholm took victory in Wales Rally GB, ending a 27 year wait for a Blue Oval win in the event. Jaan Molder clinched the JWRC win in the season finale while BRC honours went to Stuart Jones.

SS17 - Trawscoed 2 (27.11 km): Solberg wins final stage but unable to jump Stohl for second. Gronholm second on stage and wins event from Stohl and Solberg. JWRC honours go to Molder, title to be decided in Parc Ferme dependant on whether Sandell and Andersson make it back to Cardiff. Jones takes BRC honours in final stage after problems for Champion.

SS16 - Brechfa 2 (28.89 km): Solberg paces penultimate stage from Gronholm and Latvala. Sordo goes ahead of Duval in only change to top ten standings. Gronholm continues to lead with Molder leading JWRC.

SS15 - Trawscoed 1 (27.71 km): Sordo fastest through SS15 from Latvala and Atkinson. Gronholm, Solberg and Pons all suffer spins, the latter dropping behind Latvala overall as a result. Gronholm continues to lead. In JWRC, Sandell and P-G both go off the road, Molder back into lead. Title implications currently unclear.

SS13 - Cardiff (1.10 km): Gronholm ends day with quickest time in Millennium Stadium to lead at end of leg two, Stohl second quickest through stage and overall. Solberg remains third despite continuing problems. Molder leads JWRC.

SS12 - Halfway 2 (18.37 km): Gronholm again on SS12 just ahead of Atkinson and Pons. Stohl seventh but goes second overall as Solberg loses 56secs with his damaged steering. Molder continues to lead JWRC, into top 20 overall.

SS11 - Epynt 2 (13.76 km): Gronholm quickest through SS11 from Atkinson and Pons, who goes fourth past Latvala. Petter Solberg hit gatepost and damaged steering. Gronholm extends lead while Molder retains a slender JWRC lead.
