Creates a cloud that is inpenetrable by light. Magic Light gets a RR.

Creates a cloud of poisonous gas. Gas consists of components from
surrounding area, so the type of the gas depends from the place where
the spell has been cast. For instanse, if the spell had been cast in a
swamp, mist could be very deadly one, but had it been cast in a stone
corridor it could be just a minor mist which causes sleep.

As Fear in Confusing Ways, except affect an area.

Caster has full control over the weather inside the radius. The weather
can be dictated to be everything from full sun shine to very heavy rain.
Spell will take 1 to 12 hours to be completed, which time caster has to
concentrate. No hurricanes or gales or 120 F temperatures!

As lightning bolt, except there must be clouds on the sky.
14.Fog of Fear (F)
As mist of Fear except, if target(s) fails RR more than 30, the fear
is more than he can bear and he will take E shock critical.
15.Master of Weather (F)
As Control Weather, except radius is much greater.
16.Minor Tornado (F)
Creates a tornado which caster can guide by concentrating. If tornado
is not controlled it will act as normal tornado ie move to random
direction. Tornado will move 30'/rnd and causes OB 80 crush attack when
it hits something. There is a 20 % change that tornado will give a lift
(1-10 rounds) to objects under 300 lbs.
18.Lightning Storm (E)
Causes 1-3 shock bolt attacks (*2 hits) to everyone in the area. Attack
OB must be developed separately from shock bolt OB.
