Booking information

Bedding is supplied and all rates include final cleaning and utilities costs, such as water, electricity and gas.

Any enquiries regarding availability do not put you under any obligation to book an apartment. Please also note that there is a minimum stay of 3 days. Furthermore, for stays during Easter, Christmas and the New Year period, there is a 25% increase in the rates.

A booking will become valid only after a 35% deposit of the cost of the total booking has been received, which can be sent either by bank or postal transfer.

A caution deposit of 200 Euros for stays up to 3 days/350 Euros for stays over 6 days is also required for each stay. This deposit will then be reimbursed when the keys to the apartment are returned.

The check-in time is to be determined between the guest and us and check-out should be before 10.00am unless otherwise agreed.

Should you decide to cancel your reservation, you authorize the owner to enforce the following cancellation charges:
If you cancel your booking between the period of when you booked and:
up to 3 days before arrival - 30% of the total amount is due;
less than 3 days before arrival - 100% of the total amount is due.
