Colour: violet-red tending to orange. Bouquet: a full bouquet with hints of chocolate, vanilla and black fruit (bilberry, blackberry, blackcurrant), well balanced and integrated. Palate: a fruity palate, well stated and harmonious with a persistent finish. Rich in velvety and well structured tannins.
GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANIMENTS Best served with meat based pasta dishes and ripe cheeses. Red meat in general including lamb, kid and all wildfowl, especially partridge and pheasant. Serving temperature: 16-18° C
