A delicate aroma and a very delicate taste.

This rosè wine has been made using grapes of Negroamaro at a cold temperature.

The color is very limpid and it reminds you  of the peach flower.

Its aroma ranges  from rose to cherry.

It's a wine you can drink almost any time: white meat,

fish, crustaceans or fresh cheese.

Colour: violet-red tending to orange.

Bouquet: a full bouquet with hints of chocolate, vanilla and black

fruit (bilberry, blackberry, blackcurrant), well balanced and integrated.

Palate: a fruity palate, well stated and harmonious with a persistent

finish. Rich in velvety and well structured tannins.


GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANIMENTS

Best served with meat based pasta dishes and ripe cheeses. Red meat in

general including lamb, kid and all wildfowl, especially partridge and pheasant.

Serving temperature: 16-18° C
