OVERVIEW

ISM 2008 is planned from the 15 December 2007 to the 29 January 2008 and it will see engaged the firsts 10 drivers of Stunts World Ranking in order of the rank updated at 3rd December 2007 (check next paragraph to know the details). The formula of the event will be quite different from last edition and it will include two distinct rounds.

ISM 2008 es programado desde el 15 de Diciembre 2007 a el 29 de Enero 2008 y seran invitados a participar los primeros 10 pelotas de el Stunts World Ranking actualizado a el 3 de Diciembre 2007 (consulta el proximo paragrafo para conocer los detaillos). La formula del evento serà diferente de l’ultima edicion y incluirà 2 distintas fases en las quales los pelotas correran.

PARTICIPANTS

Participants will be determined from SWR updated at the 3rd December 2007. If a race begun in next November won’t be finished at midnight (GMT+1) of 2nd December 2007, this race will concur to SWR classification only if, in that moment, it will be almost at half of its original duration. In this case, the positions at midnight (GMT+1) of 2nd December 2007 in that race will determine the results to be included in SWR.

Established the final rank for ISM 2008, a personal invite will be send by mail to the first 10 drivers of the rank. Everyone will be invited to confirm his own participation at ISM 2008 within midnight (GMT+1) of 10th December 2007. If one or more of them won’t confirm their own participation, the invite will be extended to a correspondent number of drivers classified after them, in order of ranking. 

Contextually at the personal invite sending, a personal advice will be sent by mail to the drivers who will occupy the positions from 11th to 20th in the rank. The advice will inform them about the event and every driver will be invited to confirm his own eventual participation if he will be included in ISM 2008 participants list after the renounce of one or more included in Top 10.

Anyway, a driver included in Top 20 can confirm his presence (eventual, for drivers from 11th to 20th) even if he has not received the personal invite/advice. He can send a mail to speedmark69@libero.it within midnight (GMT+1) of 10th December 2007.

Los participantes seran determinados de el SWR actualizado a el 3 de Diciembre 2007. Si una raza iniciada en Noviembre no serà acabada a la medianoche (GMT+1) de el 2 de Diciembre 2007, esta raza contribuirà a la clasificacion de SWR solamente si, en el momento, serà llegada a la mitad de la su original duracion. In esto caso, las posiciones a la medianoche (GMT+1) de el 2 de Diciembre 2007 de la raza costituiran los resultados da ser incluido en SWR.

Estabilido el rank final por ISM 2008, un invitacion personal serà enviada por e-mail a los primeros 10 corredores de SWR. Cada uno de ellos serà invitado a confirmar su participacion a ISM 2008 dentro de la medianoche (GMT+1) de el 10 de Diciembre 2007. Si uno o mas corredores non confirmaran su participacion, las invitaciones seran extendidas a los corredores (en numero correspondiente) clasificados despues los primeros 10 que han titulo, en ordine de el ranking.  

Contemporaneamente a el envio de los invitaciones, un aviso personal serà enviado por e-mail a los corredores que seran desde el undecimo posto al vigesimo posto del rank. El aviso informarà acerca el evento y cada pelota serà invitado a confirmar su eventual presencia si el serà incluido en la list de los participantes a ISM 2008 despues la renuncia de uno o mas de los primeros 10 que han titulo. De toda manera, un corredor incluido en los primeros 20 del la clasificacion final puede confirmar su presencia (eventual, por los corredores que seran desde el undecimo posto al vigesimo posto del rank) sin haber recibido un invitacion personal, enviando una mail a speedmark69@libero.it dentro de la medianoche (GMT+1) de el 10 de Diciembre 2007.

FASE ELIMINATORIA

15 Diciembre 2007 - 07 Enero 2008 / Checkpoints: 23 y 30 Deciembre 2007

1) Los pelotas correran separados in 2 grupos y todos habran que correr en 2 pistas (iguales por los 2 grupos):

In each group, 1st driver at every checkpoint will gain 1” bonus on his final time (this vales for both tracks).

In each group, 2nd driver at every checkpoint will gain 0”50 bonus on his final time (this vales for both tracks).

In each group, 3rd driver at every checkpoint will gain 0”30 bonus on his final time (this vales for both tracks).

For 2nd Checkpoint, Bonus Time will be assigned to a driver who had sent a previous time only if his new time is at least 3% lower than previous.

2) 7 drivers will accede at final round in this way:

Firsts 2 sum of times of each group and 3 better sum of times of other 6 drivers not directly qualified. 

En cada grupo, el primero pelota a los checkpoint ganarà 1” de bonus por el su tiempo final (esto vale for por las 2 pistas).

En cada grupo, el segundo pelota a los checkpoint ganarà 0”50 bonus por el su tiempo final (esto vale for por las 2 pistas).

En cada grupo, el tercero pelota a los checkpoint ganarà 0”30 bonus por el su tiempo final (esto vale for por las 2 pistas).

Por el segundo checkpoint, el Bonus Time serà asignado a un pelota que habia enviado precedentemente un tiempo solo si el su nuevo tiempo es mas bajo de el precedente al menos de el 3%.

2) 7 pelotas accederan a la fase final en esto modo:

Las primeras dos sumas de los tiempos en cada grupo y las 3 mejor sumas de los tiempos de los otros 6 pelotas no cualificados directamente.

FASE FINAL

10 Enero 2008 - 29 Enero 2008 / Leading Time Bonus

Los 7 pelotas cualificados correran en una tercera y ultima pista.

El pelota con el primero LTB ganarà 1” bonus por el su tiempo final
El pelota con el primero LTB ganarà 0”50 bonus por el su tiempo final
El pelota con el primero LTB ganarà 0”30 bonus por el su tiempo final

Classificacion final, incluido LTB, determinarà el campeon.

RACES RULES

1) It’s not allowed to modify the car, track or replay. Tricks, shortcuts and Replay Handling are allowed.

2) Replays will be accepted if car will have transited in correspondence of the checkpointses indicated on the map. 

3) Penalty time will be added at race time.  

4) After race, save the replay of the race and send it by email to race administrator with indication about driver’s name.* Replays received after deadline are not valid. 

5) In the Eliminatory Round, update of scoreboards will be weekly just after every checkpoint. This means every driver won't know the results of the opponents before every checkpoint. This vales for event manager too (if he will participate), because he will check (with RPLINFO) all replays just after every checkpoint. In the Final Round (LTB), update will be usually daily.

* To be accepted, the name indicated must not contain direct references to political or religious elements and anyway it must not result expressly offensive towards anyone.

1) No es permetido modificar l'auto, la pista y el replay. Trucos, atajos y manejo del replay està permitido.

2) Los replays seran validos si los autos seran pasados en correspondencia de los checkpoints indicados en la mapa.

3) El penalty time serà addicionado a el tiempo de la raza.

4) Despues la fin de la raza, envia el tu replay por e-mail a el Event manager con l'indicacion de el tu nombre*. Los replays recibidos despues de la fin de la raza no seran considerados validos. 

5) En la Fase Eliminatoria, l'actualizacion de los scoreboards serà semanal. Esto significa che los corredores no sabran los resultados de los otros antes de los checkpoints. Esto vale tambien po el Event Manager (si el parteciparà) porque el verificarà (con RPLINFO) todos los replays despues de cada checkpoint. En la Fase Final (LTB) la actualizacion serà normalmente jornalero.

* ISM 2008 no incluirà nombres de corredores que hacen referencias a elementos politicos o religioso y de toda manera nombres de corredores que resultan ofensivo hacia cualquier.
