I'm afraid I won't be able to help you from here, just one thing you might check: do you use Declude? Or any other spam/virus filter that is running on the server itself? Check if that is having (or causing) trouble

Thanks but I tried renaming the spool folder already, at the time it had over 250000 files. I still had the problem, since then the new spool already has 35000 files. I think that the spool folder is building up because the server is so

Thanks again, those links were very helpful it seems I have the same problem described there. However I went though the list of compounding factors and I have already addressed most of them, if not all and i'm still having the problem.
