Link to the official site of the "Mattarello Airport " (in Italian, English, German )
The Airport "Gianni Caproni" is a nice touristic airport, located in Matterello, near Trento (Trentino Alto Adige-SuedTyrol), and dedicated to the italian aviation pioneer Giovanni Caproni, and close to the airport there is a Museum dedicated to him and the aircrafts he built.
The LIDT airport is also the base of the "Nucleo Elicotteri Vigili del Fuoco di Trento", involved in many mountain rescue operations.
LIDT Mattarello is a good starting point for VFR flights on the Alps !!!

The file: LIDT_Airport_(Date of release).zip contains all the files of the building modelled for the LIDT airport, plus the files of the communication tower of Monte Baldo (the mountain right west of the airport). The 3138048.stg file is included.
