As i already said, sound is ok with other opensource phones. ALL the applications using sound, except Gizmo and another closed source softphone, are working fine as regular user with ALSA, ALSA-dmix, ALSA-OSS-emulation.

Gizmo Project for Linux :: First call always no sound.
The first call made always has no sound when calling Voice Mail Greeting and Tell Me Line. Have not tried making that first call out to a regular phone. No problems after that, just annoying. Gizmo 1.1.0.39 on a HP Pavilion N3410
