THE BABLAKE SESSIONS (2008)

20 track compilation The Bablake Sessions has been produced to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust West Midlands Appeal. MCPS registered, the CD includes a mix of local and national artists who have either performed at Bablake's EDM, been booked to play or been educated at Bablake, in Coventry. It was featured on the BBC's 'Your News' show at the end of November 2008. National names include Mark Knopfler (from Dire Straits), Jon Allen (Freelander advert), Kate Walsh, Lucky Soul and Jane Taylor. Exclusives on this CD are the track 'Sarah' by Jon Allen and Mark Knopfler and 'His Heart' by Ellen Miller. Local artists include Olivia Broadfield who has been featured on the soundtrack to Jessical Alba's film 'The Eye'. Once we have raised the money to cover the professional production of the CD, we will be donating every penny to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
