i have a problem with psp video 9 ever since the patch. i cannot open it and it gives me the windows has encountered a problem or w/e and shuts down psp video9. even if u guys dont know a fix can u recommend different software that does

ok i've looked everywhere can you use video9 on a version 2.80? is it possible to get full resolution and i don't have internet at home i travle a lot so can i put video9 on my psp then fer the install to my home pc?
