Philips DVD+-RW DVD8631 no sound some DVDs
I tried downloading up dates from Dell and Philips but when I tried to install them it wouldn't install. Any body know what to do? My computor has two DVD drives one Philips DVD+-RW DVD8631 and one Samsung DVD-ROM SD-616E.
