Lord Dearing today published his interim report on languages. The provisional proposals will be subject to extensive consultation with school heads, teachers and other stakeholders before he makes his final recommendations in February next year.

That's a touching story almost as touching as the $640 we had to pay for a new set of tires last night. Upon leaving the plant on 12-6-06, the tires on our truck picked up 14 roofing nails. Each tire had a minimum of three nails. There were three other employees who had punctured tires as well.
